  • Am I eligible for car subscription?

Eligibility criteria for Loopit is far more accessible than buying or financing. Most customers over the age of 21 can be approved to drive instantly with Loopit it.

  • What is Loopit?

Before driving, all plans require a minimum security deposit of $500 which is refundable when the vehicle is returned in the same condition. The security deposit amount is calculated instantly when you apply to subscribe. To find out your security deposit, Apply Now

  • Is this like rent-to-own?

No, there is no obligation to purchase the vehicle and your subscription payments do not accumulate toward the purchase price of the vehicle.

  • Are the cars new or used?

The vehicles that are displayed on our website have been purchased from franchised dealers either brand new or as low kilometre ex-demonstrator vehicles.

  • How long will it take to receive my car?

Delivery can be as soon as 24 hours after approval, subject to vehicle availabilty. For specialised orders (ie cars that aren't listed), we will be in contact to advise vehicle availabilty before placing an order so you can be fully informed.

  • Are there any upfront fees?

There is no cost to apply to subscribe with EasyWheels or Loopit. If your subscription is approved, some plans may include an upfront establishment fee of $500.

  • How do I pay for my subscription?

Payments are deducted from your credit or debit card. Your first payment is due before you collect your car, then payments are made automatically every week, fortnight or month whilst you're subscribed.

  • Can I have additional drivers?

Yes! As long as they meet the same eligibility criteria, you can add up to 5 additional nominated drivers to your subscription for a weekly fee. Only nominated drivers are covered by your Loopit subscription insurance.

  • How many kilometres are included?

Each plan includes its own weekly kilometre allowance, and they are calculated over your repayment frequency (billing cycle). For example, if you choose a fortnightly billing cycle, your weekly kilometre allowance can be used over the fortnight.

Any additional kilometre usage is charged monthly and unused kilometres do not roll over. Choose a plan that best suits your normal driving requirements.

  • Can I use the car for ridesharing?

Unfortunately insurance coverage does not permit ride-sharing at this time.

  • Where do I find the Fair Wear & Tear guidelines?

There is a link in the footer of each page, or your can click on this link for a copy.
